There have been complaints and several issues still over the noncompliance of the bylaws.

You are NOT allowed to have non-plated and non-daily driving vehicles in the driveways. You also may NOT have any form of trailers or utility trailers stored on sides of homes or in driveways including business equipment.
These vehicles are to be put into storage or left at place of business.

It is the home owners responsibility to fix their fences and repair them immediately. There is still complaints of these issues and peoples yards.

Violations and supportive enforcement will be occurring if noncompliance continues.
This issue affects the sale and buying of homes.

Please make sure that leaves and yards are kept up and leaves raked. Many have expressed concerns about neighbors tree leaves entering their yards.
Also, it is your responsibility to fix and mend and replace boards on your fences. There are some of us that have missing boards and broken boards that must be repaired, especially if you have animals. These are both a violation of the by-laws of Baneberry.

Fall is finally here, and the cooler weather brings welcome relief. Halloween is right around the corner and on a Saturday night this year and many little ones will be out and about. Trick or treaters will be out around dusk 6pm, so please be careful of the goblins and ghosts and fairies running out in roads and driveway.

It is also important to note that every homeowner is responsible not only for the maintenance of their yards, but also, the edging or trimming of the sidewalk on their property. This includes the grass, especially centipede grass which grows over the home’s front curbing. The HOA has received numerous complaints on lack of sidewalk and front curb attention. Notices will be sent out to those who are not complying to the bylaws.
Also, do not park behind/across street to anyone’s driveway where they can’t get out. It makes emergency vehicles and those you block very difficult to get in and out of their driveways.

We are not to have unlicensed or uninsured cars sitting in driveways or broken down vehicles. Complaints are escalating on this and they must be moved into storages.

Our ultimate goal is keep Baneberry looking nice and raising the property values for every homeowner.

What we won’t publish–individual home yard sales or items for sale. Other than that, we want to get the good news out to everyone.

 

Mark Scofield, who has served as the HOA President for the past several years, has chosen to retire from the board. Mark has provided countless hours of service to the neighborhood, and has been a pleasure to work with on the board. We wish him all the best and appreciate all he has done for both the board and Baneberry over the years.
