Spring has sprung in Baneberry and with all the beautiful flowers and lawns comes those pesky weeds and dandelions that take over many of our yards and will continue to grow with absolutely no water! Each home owner is responsible for the continued maintenance of their lawns year-round,but especially during the summer months. It is unfair to a homeowner that keeps their yard in compliance with the Baneberry by-laws to look over at their neighbors’ yard and see a field of dandelions. The HOA would like to help our neighbors get rid of the weeds and dandelions once and for all by donating bottles of weed killer which will hook to a garden hose and can spray an entire yard in less than 20 minutes.
